1. Eligibility

1.1. Participants must be current temporary employees of Career Co. Australia Pty Ltd.

1.2. Referrals must be individuals who are not already registered in our database and who are not previous employees of Career Co. Australia Pty Ltd.

2. Referral Process

2.1. To refer a friend, participants must complete a referral form available on our website.

2.2. Each referral must include the friend's full name, contact information, and brief description of the job you are referring them to.

2.3. You must have consent to give out personal details from the individual before passing these onto Career Co. Australia Pty Ltd.

2.4. In the event that multiple participants refer the same individual, the first submission received will be considered the valid referral.

3. Reward Structure

3.1. Participants will receive a $250 gift card once their referred friend is successfully placed into a role, and completes 20 days of employment.

3.2. The reward will be issued within 30 days after the referred friend meets the requirements.

3.3. The placement must take place within three (3) months of the friend being referred.

3.4. Payment is made in the form of a prepaid Visa gift card.

3.5. The payment of a referral reward is at the discretion of Career Co. Australia Pty Ltd.

4. Limitations

4.1. There is no limit to the number of friends a participant can refer; however, each referral must be submitted individually.

4.2. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. Participants must obtain permission from their referred friend before submitting their details to Career Co. Australia Pty Ltd.

5.2. Career Co. Australia Pty Ltd will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

6. Right to Modify or Cancel

6.1. Career Co. Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

7. Disqualification

7.1. Any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices, including but not limited to submitting false information or engaging in dishonest referrals, will result in disqualification.

8. Acknowledgement of Terms

8.1. By submitting a referral, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
