COLLABORATIVE PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAM TAILORED TO THE NEEDS OF PARTNERING EMPLOYERS.
JOBS 4 LOCALS’ goal is to create graduates who are committed, resilient, skilled and ready for work. It takes an employment and industry co-design approach that ensures industry needs are met, line of sight to real jobs, with participants graduating with the precise skillsets and employability skills that employers need.
The program seeks to address both vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment through activating work readiness, life and employability skills to successfully transition into work.
JOBS 4 LOCALS offers 100 places for jobseekers in Port Augusta, Port Pirie, Whyalla and Port Lincoln during 2024.
