I like the Career Company format because of – convenience – the fact that it is a web based programme makes it very easy for us to sign people into without having to worry about discs.

I would say that it (Career Company Course) doesn’t have all the “bells and whistles” that the other on line training programs have - eg XXXXX. Ie they have a of what I call “fluff” . Things like “games” which really has nothing to do with them finding a job.

I see the advantages of your ( Career Company) on line programme. Better for older jobseekers especially ones from a blue collar background or those with lower literacy skills.
